Stephen Hopgood is Emeritus Professor of International Relations at SOAS, University of London. He is the author of Keepers of the Flame: Understanding Amnesty International (Ithaca, NY: Cornell University Press, 2006) and The Endtimes of Human Rights (Ithaca, NY: Cornell University Press, 2013).
